I'm started to get used to the working environment.
Among all the colleague, I may not the good and fast learner. However, I guess I'm not too weak and bad performer.
Kaizen, Line Balancing, 5S; These are the terms that always appear in my working life.
What I do? I do '3 Ticket' which are Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work Sheet, Operator Workload Sheet... ; Exchange the machine for the new PO (Purchasing order); Do the line balancing; Do time measurement; Update report
It's like industrial engineering and like supporting job...
Helene, you must adapt it, and like it, love your job...
1 year's period...one year later, may change job, may go for master's degree... giving myself 1 year's time...
